General admission:
Tickets are $10 and include access to:
• Keynote presentation
• All of the breakout sessions
• Community health fair

Meal pass:
Add our meal pass for the day for just $15 when you register so you don’t need to worry about finding breakfast or lunch! Of course, you can choose to bring your own food or run out to a local restaurant as your schedule for the day permits. (Meal pass option can be selected no later than April 3.)
