  Jackie Lee Stone
Producer/Event Planner

Jackie Lee graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in journalism, but well before graduation knew that she was meant for the world of event production – the challenges it presents, the fast-paced (and sometimes stressful!) environments, the variety of work, the people and the fun! She spent the first part of her career working for the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and returned to the Winter Carnival in 2003 to serve as the Manager of Operations for the iconic 2004 Ice Palace, which hosted nearly a million visitors in 3 weeks!

Jackie Lee spent the next part of her career managing corporate and non-profit events for Design Group, where her largest projects included the production of four Super Bowl events in Jacksonville and the 4,000-person ASAE Convention in downtown Minneapolis. Jackie Lee then shifted exclusively to the non-profit world to become an integral part of the events and fundraising team at Children’s Cancer Research Fund. She managed the production of two key annual programs; leading committees, soliciting sponsorships, developing communication campaigns and managing event and show logistics.

In 2011, Jackie Lee began her freelance career, and has spent the last 7+ years balancing family and work in the best way possible – working from home! Her current projects include managing the University of Minnesota presence at the State Fair; producing and planning multiple non-profit galas in the Twin Cities, producing dedication, groundbreaking and grand opening events for the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board; producing the Taste of the NFL and producing a number of events for corporations around town including Boston Scientific, Supervalu and Target. She has a unique skillset of being able to plan and/or produce, so can shift as needed to accommodate budgets and client needs.

During Super Bowl 52, Jackie was a lead producer for the Host Committee Tailgate Party at the Depot on Super Bowl Sunday and was integral in the installation and set-up of Super Bowl LIVE on Nicollet Mall.

To give back, Jackie Lee donates her time with the Arthritis Foundation, serving on the gala committee as pro-bono producer for their annual event in support of her son who was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis in 2016.
